Dedication That Will Move You.

After my discussion with my dear friend about there being Realtors on every corner and the struggle to stand out, I started to think about why I stand out and what I bring to the table. What has made my clients say, “ I choose you.” What has made my clients so thankful and appreciative at the closing table? What has set me apart and given me cherished repeat customers?


The only conclusion I have been able to arrive at is: dedication, devotion, and putting my clients best interest, at times, above even my own. If asked, what sets me apart this has to be it.


Being a Realtor is not something I signed up for to make tons of money or rub elbows with the elite. I signed up to help the public. I signed up to serve you and protect you.


Did you know it is why the position was created? To protect the public.


So many times, people think we just list homes or show them. While we do in fact do this, it is not, nor should it ever be our primary goal.


Sadly, it has become the goal of so many agents to do the least and make the most. It has become the battle of who can sell your home the fastest for the most amount of money. Is this important? Yes.


Is it ultimate?


You tell me.


I have sacrificed pay checks, days on market, time, and sanity to do what is best for my clients, the public, you. I recently had a seller with her home on the market for six months. We had six offers before it closed. Why? Because I didn't pressure her to take offers that were not in her best interest. I worked patiently and purposefully to see that her desires were met. I don’t salivate with dollar signs in my eyes at any offer put on the table. I look for what serves my client's best and fight to make it work for them.


Why? To serve you. To protect you.


My worst fear is to disappoint my client, but more importantly, myself. I have to lay my head down on my pillow at night with a clear heart and mind. I like to know I have done all I can with the utmost dedication and skill. I have to know I am, without a doubt, doing what's best for home buyers and sellers. I have to know they are leaving the transaction with their needs met.


I am not a perfect agent. I learn something new and how to be a better agent with almost every transaction. I try to learn and grow from the best and from the humblest of experiences that have taught me to do better.



When I market myself as “Dedication that will move you”, I need it to be true. I need my clients to feel heard and cared for. I need them to know I have their back and best interest at heart. I need people to know they aren't a paycheck to me. They are people, families, souls I come to know and love and sometimes, if I am lucky, they become friends. They are stories I tell and names I never forget.



I am dedicated because you deserve it. I am dedicated because I am passionate about helping and guiding the public. I am dedicated because I can't be anything else.
